with the hope of Jesus.

People here come from every background. Some are searching, some are skeptical and some have faithfully followed Jesus all their lives.

We want to show up for all of them.

A Church Worth Building

Continuing meaningful conversation about Jesus.

We are a church where people can trust that Scripture will be faithfully taught, where questions can be wrestled with, where lives will be valued, & where the church will remain centered on Jesus rather than our own ambitions.

We take the care of God’s people seriously; to feed them well, walk with them through difficulty, and challenge them to keep growing in Christ.

Flexible Blueprints

We know the kind of church we’re hoping to build. We have convictions about what matters, and we’re committed to pursuing them faithfully. But we’re not interested in manufacturing a particular kind of church or pretending we know exactly where this will lead.

We want to build faithfully, remain yielded to the Holy Spirit, and leave room for Him to lead us; even when His direction takes us somewhere we didn’t expect.

So our posture is simple:

Build faithfully,

Hold our plans loosely,

& Trust God unceasingly.

A People Worth Becoming

We want to become the kind of people who make Jesus visible.

We want Logos to be a church where people are known, cared for, strengthened, and challenged to follow Jesus faithfully.

We long to see believers deeply rooted in Scripture, growing in holiness, discovering their gifts, and becoming more like Christ. All the while, we make room for the weary and the wounded, while refusing to settle for a faith that never grows.

And we want to be a church where those who are searching can encounter that kind of community too. If someone walks through our doors carrying doubts, questions, wounds, or even hostility, we want them to find Christ-like people who will listen, love them, and speak the truth.

Room to stay.

Room to grow.

Room to wrestle.

Room to meet Jesus.

Why “Logos”

Well, because Jesus isn’t simply part of our message…

HE IS OUR MESSAGE.

“In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God.”
John 1:1

Logos is the Greek term for “Word,” used in John 1 to describe Jesus…

BUT THEN

“… the Word became flesh,
and dwelt among us…”
John 1:14

AND SO

BEGINS WITH HIM

A Note From the Pastor

Gabriel Mitchell

Lead Pastor

and I’ve experienced it across a range of traditions. Through all of it, what I’ve loved most has been the people.

They’ve deeply shaped me by loving me, caring for me, challenging me, and walking with me through life simply because we belong to Christ together. I’ve also experienced what happens when the church loses sight of the people sitting in it. Those experiences have made me deeply committed to a church where people are known, joyfully cared for, and poured into.

I’ve loved the church for as long as I can remember…

Underneath all of this is Jesus.

I’ve known Him since I was three, when my mom introduced me to Him and I accepted His invitation. Over the years, I’ve learned that God is God and I am not; both far beyond me and remarkably near. I continue to follow Him because I’ve found in Jesus a hope, truth, and life I can’t find anywhere else.

AND THEN THERE IS DENVER.

Over the years, I’ve spent time walking through the city, taking photographs, and having conversations with people about faith, life, and the things that matter most.

Again and again, I found myself wishing there were a place where those conversations could continue; a place where people could encounter Jesus, ask honest questions, and find genuine community without having to leave the city to find it.

I pray Logos meets this need.

I love this city, I love its people, and I can’t wait to see what God will do here!
